To ensure your generosity and support are acknowledged - and to help protect you from future solicitations - the Rearick Family has requested that memorial contributions be made through IN MEMORY OF to the
Coast Guard Mutual Assistance Fund
Originally established as The League of Coast Guard Women in 1924, the organization was to “minister to the general welfare of the commissioned officers, warrant officers, enlisted men and civilian employees of the Coast Guard and their immediate families.” Changed to its current name in 1979, the Coast Guard Mutual Assistance was established and operated by Coast Guard people for Coast Guard people, providing a way to extend compassion to one another in times of need. It serves as a vital financial safety net, promoting financial stability and general wellbeing, fostering high morale and encouraging a sense of loyalty to the Coast Guard, offering aid to the entire Coast Guard family.
