Venrice Palmer

One of the first in the world to be trained as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant, Venrice went on to define the profession by helping establish the American Academy of Orthopedic Technicians.

His ability to tell a great joke, his guitar serenades and his enthusiasm and dedication in watching his grandchildren play sports will be missed by all who were fortunate to have been a part of his world.

To ensure your generosity and support are acknowledged - and to help protect you from future solicitations - the Palmer Family has requested that memorial contributions be made through IN MEMORY OF to the

Hearing Loss Association of America

The Mission of HLAA is to open the world of communication to people with hearing loss by providing information, education, support and advocacy. With an estimated 20 percent of the American population suffering from varying degrees of hearing loss, the organization's primary purpose is to educate families, friends, coworkers, teachers, hearing health care providers, industry, government, and others about the condition. It provides adults and children with tools for self help; sensitizes the general population about the special needs of people who have hearing loss; and promotes understanding of the nature, causes, complications, and remedies of hearing loss.
