Whether it was working in the yard, lounging by the pool or sharing a walk in the park with Dixie, Jerry truly loved the outdoors. 

Always one for a good game or trip with his beloved wife Jane, Jerry's experiences became the stories he shared. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by the family he loved and the cherished friends whose lives he touched.

Pet Rescue of Mercer

Founded by Jenny Swingle of Hamilton Township in 1997, PRM was created when two people shared their concern over the plight of stray and abandoned animals at a random meeting in an animal shelter parking lot. From that day, PRM has grown one person, one phone call, one meeting, one dollar at a time. Pet Rescue of Mercer is now an all-volunteer, nonprofit animal rescue group dedicated to helping animals receive the veterinary care that they so desperately need as well as finding foster homes for those animals still searching for their companions and forever homes.

To provide our services, cover credit card processing fees and grow our social organization, we receive six percent of the total contributions and add one dollar to the overall donation that will be charged to your card.
