Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter (MPAS) envisions a community where there are no abused, abandoned or neglected animals. MPAS is a no-kill shelter that is 100% funded by donations. No animal is ever euthanized for lack of space ~ adoptable cats and dogs reside at MPAS until they find a new family and their forever home.
