Whether cheering on his beloved football team Azzurri, making his famous homemade gravy or wine, tending to his award winning garden or playing a friendly game of bocce, Pasquale brought a vitality to everything he did.

The memories he created with family and friends will be forever remembered and shared with love, smiles and everlasting affection.

To ensure your generosity and support are acknowledged, Pasquale’s family has requested that memorial contributions be made through IN MEMORY OF to the

Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation

Brothers Albert Rose and Michael Rosenzweig, PhD, experienced firsthand the devastating effects of PF when their sister Claire passed away from the disease. Both brothers were also diagnosed with PF, and it was their vision and dedication that led to the creation of the Foundation in 2000.

Since its inception, the Foundation has pursued its mission of identifying effective PF treatments and assisting those living with the disease through its signature programs: Care Center Network, Patient Communication Center, Support Group Leader Network & Ambassadors.
