Art dedicated his life to the pursuit of education, both for himself and for others. The impact he has had, directly and indirectly, will resonate for generations to come. And while he continually reached outward to improve the lives of others, he gained his deepest personal reward from the family he loved and who loved him unconditionally in return.

The R-Fund at Rutgers University provides student-athletes with the support they need to reach their full potential as students, athletes and individuals. The fund helps support college athletic scholarships, program operating expenses as well as facility maintenance and upgrades to benefit both current students and its alumni.

Art was a proud alumnus of Rutgers and a dedicated supporter of the Scarlet Knights athletic program, as a longtime season ticket holder and devoted football fan who rarely missed a game.

St. Jude Children's Hospital

The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of its founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
