Initially begun as a grassroots movement in 1899 after the Spanish-American War, the VFW has grown in its mission to ensure that veterans are respected for their service, always receive their earned entitlements, and are recognized for the sacrifices they and their loved ones have made on behalf of the United States. 

Frank was an active member of the V.F.W. Post 491 in Yardsville, continually showing support for our nation’s veterans.
